Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 20-8-2026. These terms explain how RFG Financial offers eligible pre-owned two-wheelers for purchase, supports customer purchase applications, manages purchases made on a partial-payment basis, provides customer account access through its mobile application and delivers related services.

By accessing or using the RFG mobile application, creating an account, submitting a purchase application, making a payment, accepting a vehicle purchase or using any RFG service, the customer agrees to these Terms.

1. Services

RFG is engaged in the sale of eligible pre-owned two-wheelers. Subject to approval and applicable purchase conditions, RFG may allow an eligible customer to purchase a vehicle by making an agreed initial or partial payment and paying the remaining purchase amount through scheduled part payments according to the agreed Part Payment Schedule.

The customer relationship with RFG is linked to the purchase of a specific physical vehicle from RFG.

The mobile application may be used for customer registration, purchase applications, identity and document verification, vehicle information, purchase approval, payment information, scheduled part-payment tracking, payment reminders, transaction history, account management, customer support and other services introduced by RFG from time to time.

2. Nature of the Purchase

RFG provides eligible pre-owned two-wheelers for purchase on an outright-payment or partial-payment basis, depending on the purchase option made available to the customer.

Under a partial-payment purchase, the customer selects an eligible vehicle, the total agreed purchase price is disclosed, an initial or partial payment amount is determined, the remaining purchase amount is divided into scheduled part payments, applicable payment dates and other charges are disclosed, and the customer accepts the purchase terms before activation.

Every partial payment made by the customer forms part of the agreed purchase price and applicable disclosed charges relating to the selected vehicle.

3. Customer Eligibility

Customers must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement. RFG may establish reasonable eligibility and verification requirements before approving a purchase.

Depending on the transaction, the customer may be required to provide full name, mobile number, residential address, identity documents, address proof, photograph, employment or occupation information, guarantor information where applicable, payment information, nominee or emergency-contact information where applicable and any additional information reasonably necessary to process the vehicle purchase.

Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee approval or reservation of a vehicle.

4. Purchase Application and Approval

A customer may submit a purchase application through the RFG mobile application, showroom, authorised representative or another approved channel. RFG may review and verify the information submitted before approving the purchase.

RFG reserves the right to approve, reject, pause or request additional information where submitted information is incomplete, information cannot be verified, required documents are missing, incorrect or misleading information is identified, the customer does not satisfy applicable purchase requirements, suspected fraud or misuse is detected, the selected vehicle becomes unavailable or completion of the transaction is not operationally or legally possible.

5. Purchase Activation

A vehicle purchase will be activated only after the customer has been given an opportunity to review the applicable purchase information. This may include vehicle details, vehicle condition, total purchase price, initial payment amount, remaining purchase amount, Part Payment Schedule, payment due dates, applicable charges, vehicle hand-over conditions, verification requirements, ownership and registration conditions and other transaction-specific terms.

The customer must accept the applicable purchase terms before activation. If the customer does not agree to the purchase terms, the purchase will not be activated.

6. Vehicle Information

RFG shall provide available information regarding the selected pre-owned vehicle. Depending on availability, this may include make, model, variant, manufacturing or registration year, registration number, vehicle identification information, displayed kilometre reading, vehicle images, colour, known condition information, available vehicle documents, purchase price and other relevant information.

The customer understands that vehicles sold by RFG are pre-owned vehicles and may therefore show reasonable signs of previous use, ageing, wear, cosmetic marks or component wear. RFG shall not knowingly represent a pre-owned vehicle as a new vehicle.

7. Vehicle Inspection and Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect the selected vehicle before completing the purchase and accepting hand-over. Where available, the customer may inspect the physical condition of the vehicle, available registration documents, visible components, tyres, body condition, lights, controls, displayed kilometre reading and other reasonably inspectable vehicle characteristics.

Where a test ride or physical inspection is provided, customers should satisfy themselves regarding the suitability and visible condition of the vehicle. Any known material condition disclosed to and accepted by the customer before purchase shall form part of the vehicle's disclosed condition. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right available to a customer under applicable law.

8. Purchase Price

The total purchase price applicable to the selected vehicle shall be shown or communicated to the customer before purchase activation. Depending on the transaction, the amount payable may include vehicle purchase price, applicable documentation charges, registration-related charges, insurance-related charges, processing or service charges, payment-related charges and other charges specifically disclosed before purchase activation.

No undisclosed amount shall become payable merely by being described under a different name.

9. Initial Payment

A customer purchasing a vehicle on a partial-payment basis may be required to make an agreed initial payment before vehicle hand-over. The amount of the initial payment may vary depending on the vehicle, customer application and applicable purchase conditions.

Receipt of an initial payment does not automatically guarantee vehicle hand-over unless all applicable approval, verification, documentation and purchase requirements have been completed.

10. Part Payment Schedule

After deducting the applicable initial payment from the agreed purchase amount, the remaining amount shall be payable according to the Part Payment Schedule accepted by the customer.

The Part Payment Schedule may specify the remaining purchase amount, amount payable on each scheduled date, number of scheduled payments, payment dates, applicable disclosed charges and expected purchase completion date. The customer must review and accept the Part Payment Schedule before the purchase is activated.

11. Scheduled Part Payments

Customers must make each scheduled part payment on or before the applicable due date. Payments may be accepted through payment methods made available by RFG, including UPI, payment gateway, QR payment, bank transfer, approved online payment methods, showroom payment, cash where accepted and legally permitted or another payment method authorised by RFG.

Customers should retain payment receipts or transaction references for their records.

12. Payment Verification

A payment shall be treated as successfully received after it has been confirmed through RFG's applicable payment or verification system. Payment status may take additional time to update where payment is made through bank transfer, QR payment, cash, manual payment, third-party payment services or another method requiring verification.

Where a customer believes a successful payment has not been reflected, the customer should contact RFG and provide the relevant transaction details.

13. Online Payments

Online payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways or payment service providers, including providers such as PayTM PG or other providers selected by RFG.

RFG does not require customers to provide their payment-card PIN, UPI PIN, internet-banking password or similar confidential payment credentials directly to RFG. Third-party payment processing may be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms. Bank delays, failed transactions, settlement delays, technical issues or payment-provider interruptions may occasionally affect payment processing.

14. Late or Missed Part Payments

Customers are responsible for ensuring scheduled part payments are made on or before their applicable due dates. Where a scheduled payment is delayed or missed, RFG may send payment reminders, contact the customer, contact an authorised guarantor where applicable, request payment of the overdue amount, apply a previously disclosed and legally permissible late charge where applicable, temporarily restrict certain account functions where reasonably necessary and take other actions permitted under the customer's accepted purchase agreement and applicable law.

Any applicable late charge or consequence of a missed payment should be disclosed as part of the applicable purchase terms. RFG shall not use unlawful harassment, threats, coercion or misleading representations while contacting customers regarding outstanding purchase amounts.

15. Repeated or Material Payment Failure

Repeated failure to make scheduled part payments may constitute a material breach of the customer's agreed purchase conditions. RFG may provide the customer with information concerning overdue part payments, outstanding purchase amount, applicable charges, payment options, available settlement options and further actions that may be taken under the applicable purchase agreement.

Any action relating to possession or return of the vehicle shall only be taken where specifically provided under the applicable signed purchase agreement and permitted by law.

16. Early Completion of Purchase

A customer may request to pay the remaining outstanding purchase amount before the final scheduled payment date. Upon request, RFG may provide the customer with the remaining purchase amount, outstanding applicable charges if any, applicable documentation requirements and final amount required for purchase completion.

Once all applicable purchase amounts and valid outstanding obligations have been completed, the customer's account shall be updated accordingly.

17. Vehicle Hand-Over

Vehicle hand-over may take place after completion of the applicable requirements, including purchase approval, identity verification, address verification, guarantor verification where required, receipt of the agreed initial payment, acceptance of the purchase terms, completion of applicable documentation, applicable vehicle paperwork and other disclosed requirements.

The customer may be required to sign or electronically acknowledge a vehicle hand-over confirmation. The hand-over record may include the date, vehicle details, vehicle condition and customer acknowledgement.

18. Registration and Ownership Transfer

RFG and the customer shall cooperate in completing the documentation required for the lawful transfer or recording of the vehicle purchase with the appropriate authority. Transaction-specific purchase documentation shall specify when ownership is transferred, when registration records are transferred, responsibility for required documents, responsibility for applicable government charges and any conditions that must be completed before final transfer.

The customer must provide signatures, documents, identification information and reasonable cooperation required for completing the applicable vehicle-transfer process.

19. Vehicle Documents

Depending on the transaction and applicable legal requirements, vehicle documents may include Registration Certificate, insurance documents, Pollution Under Control Certificate, vehicle-transfer documents, purchase invoice or receipt, hand-over acknowledgement and other applicable records.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information required to complete documentation.

20. Insurance and Statutory Requirements

After responsibility for the vehicle passes to the customer under the applicable purchase agreement, the customer must maintain any insurance, registration, pollution certification or other statutory requirement applicable to the use of the vehicle. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is used in accordance with applicable laws.

21. Traffic Violations and Vehicle Use

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, traffic violations, fines, parking charges, toll charges or other liabilities resulting from the customer's use of the vehicle after hand-over shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must not knowingly use the vehicle for unlawful activities, using false registration information, contrary to applicable vehicle laws, in a manner that intentionally damages the vehicle or for any activity prohibited under the applicable purchase agreement.

22. Customer Responsibility for Vehicle

After taking possession of the vehicle, the customer must exercise reasonable care over the vehicle. The customer is responsible for lawful use, routine maintenance, safe operation, maintaining required documents, preventing misuse and informing RFG of material information where required under an active purchase agreement.

Damage caused after hand-over through accidents, misuse, unauthorised modifications, neglect or improper maintenance will not automatically be treated as a condition that existed before purchase.

23. Vehicle Issues and Complaints

Customers should notify RFG as soon as reasonably possible if they identify a material issue relating to the vehicle or the purchase transaction. RFG may review the complaint based on condition disclosed before purchase, inspection records, hand-over records, available vehicle history, nature of the reported problem, any specific warranty provided, circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

Any repair, replacement, cancellation, refund or other remedy shall depend upon the circumstances of the individual case, applicable purchase conditions and rights available under applicable law.

24. Cancellation and Refunds

Any cancellation or refund eligibility relating to a booking, initial payment or vehicle purchase shall be determined according to the stage of the transaction, applicable purchase conditions, expenses already incurred, vehicle hand-over status, documentation already completed, reason for cancellation and applicable law.

Where RFG cannot proceed with a transaction because the selected vehicle is unavailable or RFG is otherwise unable to complete the approved purchase, any amount due for refund shall be processed according to the applicable terms. Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights where such rights cannot legally be excluded.

25. Voluntary Vehicle Return or Settlement

Where permitted by RFG and applicable to the customer's purchase arrangement, a customer who is unable to continue making scheduled part payments may contact RFG to discuss an available settlement or voluntary vehicle-return arrangement. Return of the vehicle does not automatically cancel any outstanding purchase amount.

Before accepting any voluntary vehicle return or settlement, RFG may determine and communicate vehicle condition, applicable vehicle value, outstanding purchase amount, applicable charges, settlement amount if any and effect on the customer's purchase account. Any settlement should be confirmed in writing or electronically.

26. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate and current information during registration, purchase application and verification, including personal information, registered mobile number, address, identity information, guarantor information, vehicle-related information and payment information.

Customers must not knowingly submit false, altered, forged or misleading information. RFG may request additional verification before approval, purchase activation or vehicle hand-over.

27. Guarantor Information

Where a guarantor is required as part of a particular purchase, the customer must provide accurate guarantor information. The guarantor may be contacted for verification, confirmation of information, communication regarding outstanding scheduled payments and other purposes specifically connected with the customer's purchase.

Any obligation applicable to a guarantor shall be governed by the separate documentation or acknowledgement accepted by the guarantor.

28. Customer Account Security

Customers are responsible for protecting their RFG account and login information. Customers must not share MPIN, OTP, password, login credentials, confidential payment credentials, payment screenshots, identity documents or personal documents with unauthorised persons.

Customers should immediately notify RFG if they suspect unauthorised access to their account. RFG may contact customers for verification, scheduled payment reminders, transaction confirmation, security, customer support or other purchase-related purposes.

29. Prohibited Account Activity

Customers must not impersonate another person, create accounts using false identities, submit forged documents, manipulate transaction information, submit false payment evidence, attempt unauthorised access to RFG systems, interfere with application security, misuse another customer's account, use the application for fraud or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

RFG may restrict or suspend access where such activity is reasonably suspected.

30. Fraud and Misrepresentation

RFG may reject, pause, suspend or close an application or account where RFG reasonably believes that documents have been manipulated, false identity information has been submitted, information has intentionally been misrepresented, payment evidence has been falsified, another person's identity is being misused, the account is connected with unlawful activity or the RFG application or purchase system is being intentionally abused.

RFG may maintain relevant transaction records and cooperate with competent authorities where required by law.

31. Account Action

RFG may reject, pause, restrict, cancel or close a purchase application or customer account where submitted information is incorrect, verification fails, required documents are not provided, fraud or misuse is detected, scheduled payment obligations are materially not met, the customer materially violates these Terms, continued account operation creates a security risk or action is otherwise permitted under the applicable purchase agreement or law.

Closing or restricting application access does not automatically cancel obligations arising from a vehicle purchase already completed or activated.

32. Mobile Application

RFG may periodically update, modify, maintain or temporarily suspend functionality within the mobile application for maintenance, security, feature updates, technical changes, legal compliance or operational requirements.

RFG does not guarantee that every digital feature will remain continuously available without interruption. A temporary application outage does not automatically cancel an existing vehicle purchase or scheduled payment obligation. Where the application is unavailable, customers may contact RFG through available alternative support or payment channels.

33. Third-Party Services

Certain RFG services may depend on third-party providers, including payment gateways, banks, identity-verification providers, messaging providers, cloud-service providers, mapping or location services, mobile operating systems and government or registration systems.

Temporary interruption or delay caused exclusively by a third-party system outside RFG's reasonable control may affect availability of certain Services. Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the respective provider.

34. Communications

RFG may contact customers regarding purchase applications, verification, vehicle availability, vehicle hand-over, scheduled part payments, overdue payments, transaction confirmation, documentation, account security, customer support, complaints, service announcements and other matters directly connected with the customer's relationship with RFG.

Communication may be made through mobile application notifications, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or another contact method provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for keeping their registered contact information up to date.

35. Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information collected through RFG's application and Services shall be handled according to the RFG Privacy Policy and applicable law. Depending on how customers use the Services, RFG may process information necessary for account creation, customer identification, purchase processing, verification, payment processing, transaction records, customer support, fraud prevention, security, statutory compliance and administration of the vehicle purchase.

Customers should review the RFG Privacy Policy for further information regarding the handling of personal information.

36. Electronic Acceptance

Customers may accept applicable documents and transaction terms electronically where such functionality is provided. Electronic acceptance may include selecting an "I Agree" or similar confirmation, OTP verification, electronic acknowledgement, digital confirmation, completion of an application, electronic signing or another electronic method made available by RFG.

Electronic acceptance and transaction records may be retained by RFG as part of the customer's purchase records, subject to applicable law.

37. Transaction Records

RFG may maintain electronic or physical records relating to customer applications, purchase approvals, customer acceptance, vehicle information, payment history, transaction receipts, communication records, verification records, hand-over acknowledgements, complaints and account activity.

Customers are encouraged to retain copies of important purchase and payment records.

38. Intellectual Property

The RFG mobile application and its proprietary software, designs, branding, graphics, content, interface, databases and related materials belong to RFG or the respective rights holders.

Customers receive a limited right to use the application for accessing RFG Services. Customers must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, distribute or misuse proprietary RFG application materials except where expressly authorised or permitted by law.

39. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RFG shall not be responsible for indirect loss arising solely from circumstances outside RFG's reasonable control, including banking-network interruptions, payment-provider outages, telecommunications failures, government-system delays, mobile-network interruptions or other independent third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility or customer right that cannot legally be excluded.

40. Grievance and Customer Support

Customers may contact RFG regarding purchase applications, vehicle information, payment records, scheduled payments, account access, refunds, vehicle documentation, customer complaints or application-related issues.

Where reasonably required, customers may be notified of material changes.

Changes to general application Terms shall not automatically change the specifically agreed purchase price or Part Payment Schedule for an already activated vehicle purchase unless agreed with the customer or otherwise required by applicable law.

42. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and the Services provided by RFG shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Customers should first raise complaints through RFG's grievance-redressal process so that RFG has an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising any statutory right or approaching any competent authority, commission, tribunal or court where permitted under applicable law. Any transaction-specific dispute conditions contained in an individually accepted vehicle purchase agreement shall also apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

43. Severability
